Payments. Stripe is the merchant of record for the paid plans of KrabyFlow and KrabyData. Stripe sells the plan, charges VAT, issues receipts and invoices, and processes refunds. PentaLab SRL provides the service itself. NNSFlow has its own terms, which are the ones linked above.

Law and courts. Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the French-speaking Enterprise Court of Brussels. This does not take away the protection that consumer law gives a consumer in their own country.
